Each engagement is confirmed by a written quotation, engagement letter or invoice that sets out the scope, fees and timeline. Our Service Terms, Payment Policy and Refund Policy form part of every engagement unless the engagement letter says otherwise.
Content, branding and materials on this website belong to BoardMate and may not be copied without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide, delays by government authorities, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur have jurisdiction over any dispute.
