Booking policy

How consultations and appointments are booked, changed and cancelled.

Booking a consultation

Book an initial consultation through our contact page, WhatsApp, comsec.boardmate@gmail.com or +60 17-600 5201. We confirm the date, time and format (in person, phone or video) in writing. The first consultation is free of charge.

Rescheduling and cancellation

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • Paid appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
  • Paid appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed, may be charged in full.

    • Signing appointments

    Appointments to sign statutory documents must be booked before the relevant filing deadline. We cannot guarantee on-time lodgement if documents are signed late.

    If we need to reschedule

    If we must reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible and offer the next available slot at no cost.
